Zest4 came to us as a new company that wanted to attract business partners. Being founded by many of the same people involved in the set up of Yes Telecom, they understood the need to have in place a partner program from the very beginning. In order to achieve this they needed the right technology in place to facilitate the establiishment of their partner program.
Built as a stand alone portal, it encompassed many of the features implemented by Vodafone. Whilst ensuring that the main sales tools were in place: managing customers, creating contracts etc it also went further in establishing more crm functionality so that their partners could better serve their customers whilst reducing Zest4's cost to serve, allowing them to provide better commercials for their partners.
